Submissions
When your app is ready for the world, submit it for review to make it publicly available in the ARKH widget manager. The review process ensures all apps meet our quality and security standards.
Before You Submit
Make sure your app meets these requirements before requesting public visibility:
- Your app is published and working in your own widget manager
- Webhook URL is configured and responding correctly
- App name and description are clear and accurate
- App icon is set (120×120px PNG or JPG)
- App color is configured
- Developer Info is complete (display name, support email, review email)
- No crashes or errors during normal usage
Test First
Always test your app thoroughly with your own ring before submitting. Use the Console to monitor events and debug issues.

Get Notified
You'll receive an email when your app is approved or if changes are needed.
Developer Info
Before submitting, make sure your Developer Info is complete. This information helps users trust your app and allows ARKH to contact you during the review process.
- Display Name - Your name or brand shown to users
- Company Name - Optional company or organization
- Support Email - Public contact for user support (shown in app listing)
- Website URL - Optional link to your website
- Developer Logo - 80×80px PNG or JPG (shown in app listing)
- Review Email - Private contact for ARKH during app review (not shown publicly)
Review Contact
The review email is only used by ARKH to communicate about your app submission. It's never shown to users and can be different from your public support email.
Review Criteria
ARKH reviews apps for:
- Security - Webhook endpoints must use HTTPS. No data leaks or vulnerabilities.
- Reliability - Your server must respond to webhooks consistently.
- User Experience - App should provide clear value and work as described.
- Content - No misleading descriptions, inappropriate content, or trademark violations.
- Performance - Webhook responses should be fast (under 5 seconds).
After Approval
Once approved, your app will be:
- Visible to all ARKH users in the widget manager
- Searchable by name and category
- Eligible for featuring in ARKH promotions
You can continue to update your app after approval. Significant changes (new name, description, or webhook URL) may trigger a re-review.
If Your App is Rejected
If your app doesn't pass review, you'll receive feedback on what needs to be fixed. Common reasons for rejection:
- Webhook URL not responding or returning errors
- Missing or low-quality app icon
- Misleading or incomplete description
- App doesn't work as described
- Security concerns with the webhook implementation
Address the feedback and resubmit when ready. There's no limit on resubmissions.
